Dulse Flakes

In many ways sea vegetables contain more nutrients that land vegetables.  For example, dulse flakes contain iodine, zinc, sodium, calcium, iron, protein, and many complex b vitamins b1, b2, b3, b6 and b12 of course which mostly only enters our bodies through eating meat.  Adding dulse to your daily eating habits lets you take advantage of the great variety of nutrition it contains, suitable for a vegan or vegetarian diet and mostly all other diets too.  It’s even low in fat too.
